Hi. I've been searching around for a few months now looking for Rain Quails and Mearns Quails and I don't seem to be getting anywhere. Could someone possibly tell me where I'll be able to find these species. I'm willing to travel to Belgium/Netherlands from England if I can find them at a reasonable price.

There are a few folks in the US, not exactly the right time of the year BUT its probably the right time to start getting the paperwork/licences required to import. I bet its tougher in the UK than here to get an import licence (if its even possible since the mad cow scare).

The going rate seems to be 100-250/pair or 20+ egg if you can get the import licences. I think i have a few US links if you think you can get the licences and want to PM me (not on PC at the moment).
