I am picking up 7 5 day old bob white chicks tomorrow. This will be my first experience with Bob whites and only my second with quail. Can someone tell me when they will start laying?
Also, would anyone be willing to post pics of their coops?
And can anyone tell me if it might be okay to keep my coop inside my chicken enclosure or next to it?
Is it okay to fee them the same herbs and flowers I give my chickenS? Any I should avoid?

Give the chicks plenty of room in the brooder, have rounded corners, and lots of hiding spots and heat with a infrared bulb. Dont let them get too hot either and have them on a very high protein diet. They will begin to lay at 20 weeks old or so but by the time that rolls around may need artificial lighting. You can put them near the chickens, but just remember that disease can be ever present and you risk killing off all of your quail, so most People advise against it. Yes they should be able to eat all of the same plants as the chickens.

Depends on how old they are. They need to be fully feathered before they can be without heat. And that is feathers, not all that baby fuzz.
