Thanks Bigzio: Our local Co-Op does not have a wide variety of feeds anymore, our part of N.Ga. has had an explosion growth. Just not as many farm folks as there was 30 years ago. I am planning on pullets to lay in June and start the hatching eggs in November. Going too be a chore trying to brood thru the winter.
I will check up on the game feed thingy when in town, might be the way to go. However, not sure if higher protien is what I need, as I will want to slow grow the breed stock. I was more concerned about the needed extra vitamins & minerals. These may be in the game feed. Thanks again for the post, TAO
