Where can I get some to raise to butcher?

You usually can get them at your local feed/farm store like TSC or Rural King. But try your local feed mill. They sell them here on "Chick Days" for 50 cents but your have to preorder them and it's coming up soon so you might want to call them now.

The " Cornish Game Hen" is a regular Cornish X bird , but processed at the 30 -35 day of age for a carcass of 1 1/2-2 lb. For a larger carcass, simly process at 6-8 weeks of age inststead.
