(2) How many chickens do you have right now? - 4 Rhode Island Reds

(3) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens? - Its relaxing and nice to have a little slice of country life after working all day!

(5) What are some of your other hobbies? I love to hunt, surf, ride motorcycles, and adventure.

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share. - I am married to my lovely husband, and we have 2 labs and a French mastiff. I am an Aviation Machinist Mate in the USN and hope to have my own farm one day.

Hi, and Welcome from Southeast Missouri! You live in a wonderful area to enjoy those hobbies. Do you live near the coast, or near the mountains? Or in between? I lived in Seattle (well, Burien) many moons ago, and I regret not spending more time outdoors exploring.
