We had some friends tell us recently that they would be interested in buying some when ours were ready to sell. It sounded like they would probably want several pounds of chicken breast. When we got our batch processed, my husband and I sat down and figured out the price point for each cut. I was a bit flabbergasted at how expensive it was going to be. I sent the price list over to her and was pretty confident that she would probably buy a few pounds and that was it. She ended up buying almost $200 worth!* slow clap* thank you for this. As a small farmer, I m always selling myself short and shooting myself in the foot with my pricing. I appreciate this post.
