Raising Quail in Missouri

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else raised quail in Missouri for business. Do you charge sales tax on hatching eggs? I know to sell the eggs for retail you have to have the egg license. Also was interested in selling the meat. Any help would be appreciated??

I’ve raised quail in the past but did not sell them... here’s a link that might help... but I would speak with the farmer’s markets, restaurants, or wherever you intend to sell them... and ask them what they require you to have in order to sell...
