Well in my case my whites are throwbacks to a white cock in there background. Mine are black reds coming solid black to different shades of black reds always with black wings. I kept back a real good white cock and started a line of whites by linebreeding him to my black hens then kept the best whites and have them bred up different ways but all are solid white. I’m keeping them separate from the blacks so now I have two strains from one family. All single mated.
 
Can I ask the materials you used for the pens? Is it only one bird in each pen? Or are those for grow outs?
These pens are chain link dog kennels 6+6+12 ft. They have corrugated metal roofing for the side walls,gates, and roof. The roosts are pvc pipe over rebar concreted into the ground. I keep my birds separate once they start up so they stay in good feather and flesh.

Wow, that's a ton of space for each bird! They're super lucky
