Welcome to Backyard chickens(and ducks etc.) You may want to post on the "Duck thread," for duck specific questions. I would imagine they would have experience with his particuliar situation. If he is young, he may has been over stimulated by all the girl ducks near him.

If you would like to share Pictures and Stories of your flock, you have come to the right place. BYC’ers never tire of these and do not back away slowly or commence eye rolling when the photo album or home videos come out
