These birds when mature will be solid white.

The chick posted is a Cubalaya. Cubalaya chicks are normally white not yellow downed; nor are they stripped. (Black Cubalaya chicks are black).

But to get the best adult White Cubalayas they need to originate from the 'soot' downed chicks.

saladin/Sonoran Silkies ....Quick question..... I have never had any whites in my Pyncheon breeding...but last year from a cross of my Pyncheons and another bloodline I had a white colored chick hatch and it is now a completely all white cockerel.....Is this a "Recessive white"? He's a beautiful bird.... And what would happen if I crossed it to a Mille Fleur colored bird? Just curious...Thanks
