Could you put some fencing around her? I do it routinely with broodies nesting in pasture. I make so fencing gives her a radius that is at least 2 feet. The pens are opened during the day and closed at night.

Maybe something on top too. Any thing that could protect her from anything that hunts from above like owls.

I have a roll of chicken wire that I might be able to do something with, I'm out at the moment, I'll see when I get home.

I saw someone on YouTube also put string cris-cross over their run, they reckon hawks etc won't dive down because of it, something about it confuses them.
