Random menagerie Christmastime hatch-a-long

There are so many batches, I may have chosen the wrong one, but you can have egg 14 which is a lavender silkie egg… one that I REALLY HOPE HATCHES! Haha. If you want any others let me know, I have a ton of eggs in!

I believe one or both silkie eggs has internally pipped. Heard a few quiet peeps. Unsure on the OE - I didn’t even candle them before putting in lockdown because they are so hard to see through.

I also had a chick hatch last night who had been under broody. It’s a black silkie-looking chick. (Either pure silkie or 1/4 ameraucana bantam) Anxious for these 4 eggs to hatch so they can join the lonely little black chick.

I can’t wait to do my own hatch along next year!! It will be my first time hatching eggs from my own birds (hopefully)
