A Spitzhauben! Hmm... I've heard of those, I think I've seen a couple on Poultryland. Do the PL birds look like the real ones?

no it looks alot different then the PL ones.A muff or beard is the fluff under the chin/beak on the chicke.it is weird on that breed the crest faces forward like a b ig wind came through and blew it froward lol

That's interesting though, I didn't know chickens grew beards.
 
hahaha yep some chickens actually do have feathers coming out the side of there head i wwill go find a picture.i just got done painting a picture for a christmas present for my sister.
