#2 may be a pullet sense the comb is not very big and not pink/red.

I didn't catch how old these chicks are. They look like they might be around 3 to 4 weeks. I am going to base my guesses on that age.

#1) is a Modern BB red game. The colored legs are very standard for the Modern games, and the BB reds start life as a chipmunk chick with a bar of color from nose to ear (going through the eyes). I would say roo with this much comb development this early.

#2) is a Partridge Cochin. This looks to be a hen so far. Most of my cochins were NOT shy about sprouting a big manyly comb as soon as they hit 4 weeks.

They'll both be very attractive birds. congrats!
