I want to say Hi to everyone here @ BYC & ask a probably frequent question. I live in East Fishskill N.Y. which is in the Hudson Valley. I have been here 15 yrs. & i have finally deceided to raise chickens, for both, food & eggs. I have tried to contact people from town government, but to no avail. My question ; Is there anyone out there that can steer me in the right direction to where i can get info on raising chickens in my home town? I do not want to start anything without getting the regulations if any. thank-u to everyone. Looking forward to corresponding.
