Raspy chicken voice

Hey folks, my Martha has been raspy the last few days. She's had a pitiful sneeze and hoarse clucks. It seems I can't attach a video, but as of yesterday she's started to do this long drawn out caw where she extends her neck and ruffled her neck feathers as pictured. She seems to be struggling to caw.

Today, I've added apple cider vinegar to their water and started to give them a small dish of pedialite. Any other thoughts or advice would be appreciated. I hope it's just a little sniffle, but needless to say, I'm concerned.

Of note, she seems perfectly healthy otherwise. No nasal, mouth, nor eye discharge. She's been laying at a regular rate and eating/drinking regularly. She has a small hard crop this morning, but last time I checked her crop it had been normal.
