Rattle noise

I have two videos but it won’t let me upload. My girl is making a weird “purring” noise...any suggestions would be appreciated. Eating, drinking, bathroom is normal...one nostril looks like it’s got the tiniest bit of clear fluid near it but nothing I’ve never seen...bright eyed and bushy tailed...

How much ventilation do you have in your coop?
Have you added new birds recently?

I would check her crop first thing in the morning before she eats/drinks to make sure it's emptying.

Purring may be respiratory disease, if she's bright eyed and bushy tailed, then if the crop is emptying, I would monitor her to see if more symptoms appear.
