Rcom 10 Pro Plus Incubator Question. Please Help!

I just received my new Rcom 10 pro plus, and I'm trying to put it together. There's an air filter that comes with it, and it says to put it in "3 days before hatch." Does this mean to open up the incubator 3 days before the chicks hatch and add it (which is what I'm thinking) or to put it in 3 days before I start incubating? I'm new to this so I'm freaking out and second guessing everything. I have eggs being shipped in early next week, and I'm worried that I'm going to do something terribly wrong.

Its probably talking about 3 days before they hatch when you begin the lock down phase.

I would put the incubator name in your title and then maybe others with the same incubator can clarify. I'm not sure but it sounds like you would put it in for lockdown.
