RCOM KING SURO20 cradle problems

Just bought a secong hand RCOM KINGSURO 20 and the incubator doesnt sit on the cradle as if the cradle is out of shape.. bator just falls off because it doesnt nest into the cradle groves(nothing to clip it together just sits in place) anyone else had this issue or anyone know how to fix please help ASAP i have lots of expensive eggs desperate to be incubated

Oops hadnt pushed the pipes in enough its fine now .. humidity is high tho because i washed the sponge liner and humidity cloth .. can i put my eggs in now or do i have to wait till it comes back down

Thanks for your reply, the incubator is faulty and i have now purchased a brand new one, i will never purchase a second hand incubator again, the motor knackered on it just failed to turn the incubator, still got my eggs in it just not turning the eggs till new one comes tomorrow their postal eggs anyway someone said not to turn for 3 days so panned out ok apart from the stress
