It is so hard to deal with, that some people who profoundly touch our lives have to leave before we are ready for them to go. Although it was a great loss for me to have to go through the death of my father, the immence pain I saw in my grandfather was almost too much to bear. My heart goes out to you & like others have said you are not alone. You have so many fans here on BYC to support you when you need them, don't regret reaching out, it's better to let those feelings go sometimes & this is actual a great place for that.

been there 3 times. It doesn get easier but then sometimes grief can rebound & slap you flat 1o years later.

march 28,1998 is really hard for our family. especially my mom...my brother died in a motorcycle/18wheeler accident at the end of my dads driveway... Hugs and prayers sent to you ...
