Just got a call from Metzer on my shipment. Turns out they were shipping for Meyer and my order fell to the same fate as the others on the truck. They are getting a lot of heated calls folks, so please don't flame them, too, this is a situation completely beyond their control. I didn't think to ask, but wonder if it was a FedEx truck as they handle some of the transport for Metzer. No telling how many perished and I'll bet they weren't allowed to open the back due to some crazy govt. rules.

Oh well, looks like it'll be next week now. Glad I'm off!
