What is up with my reactions? I know I had reactions earlier. The given works fine. Just not received

Hmm.. interesting.. some of them work sporadically. The haha one doesn’t work at all. The others show anywhere from 1 or 2 to maybe 5 or 10 but that’s it. No older ones. Some show more than others do.
