Hopefully tomorrow I will have my B-Day babies!! Got fingers and toes crossed.![]()
What cutie pies Wright! Love it
I have 4 babies in the incubator with the last egg that is internally pipped, and I'm waiting until the hatch is done to remove them. They are 2 JG and 2 DC. Everyone in the brooder is chowing down on their "baby food" so that is a good sign! I do have one whiney baby and it's driving me nuts because I can't figure out which one it is!
I am still sitting at nothing happening. The one egg I had wiggling seems to be very still now so I am afraid that is a bad sign. I want to stick a flashlight in there soooo bad!
Thank you.. Believe it or not she is sitting on 11 eggs. We will see how many I get. Last time she sat on 7 and all hatched. But all 7 were her own.. This time she is also sitting on some of my young hens eggs. I have another hen that looks exactly like her sitting on 12 eggs. Those will be do a week from now. I love babies!!You are so lucky to have a broody! She looks so determined - I bet they all hatch for you. Happy birthday early![]()
