Ready Set Hatch! Set 3/17 Hatch 4/7 - ready now! Hatch-Along

So cute!!! That yellow one sure has puffy cheeks! My ee's have willow colored legs, but I don't know if that's always the case. Can you get a close up of it's tiny little comb? Is the one in the middle possibly a welsummer. That's just a guess. The one on left...I have no idea. Fuzzy little fluffballs are so adorable.

Lol I believe the tiny one in the middle is some sort of OEGB cause the other bantam chicks tower over him like they are LF lol. The blue one has willow legs and looks like it has puffy cheeks and it has a pea comb. The white I know has puffy cheeks and a pea comb but the yellow legs confuses me. All my LF EE's have willow or blue legs. :/

I have an EE rooster with legs that are more yellow than my Welsummers!

Mine are due the 8th. 42 chickens and 22 quail! Will candle chicken eggs today to see who is viable.

So we've been finding these mystery eggs on the stairs up to the addition on our house. I was SO confused, until today I went to go see what everyone was talking about and found a little barred rock pullet laying on the top stair...getting ready to lay an egg. What's even weirder is that it isn't even our chicken! I guess one of the neighbor's chickens has decided our addition is comfortable and peaceful enough to lay her eggs there. Free eggs for us! hahaha

Also, I'm excited to candle, weigh, and mark up the eggs tonight :D
