Thats great Dylon! I think several were candling today so I love to hear how it went. I will be candling in the morning. Two out of how many? I can't remember if you said.

It looks like out of 13 fertile I have 6 growing. The two from my flock look clear which is what I suspected. I have two that I think have blood rings but I am going to wait a few more days to be sure. These eggs were shipped all the way from California to NC so from one coast to the other so I am happy with any development at all.

Under those circumstances I think 6 is really good too. I've had bad luck with shipped eggs.

Looking forward to it getting dark for our Day 7 candle (Our Araucana will be Day 4 but I am peeking anyway!)

Just finished a VERY long candling, weighing, and aircell marking session. 51 eggs is a lot of candling O_O

I am down to 43/51, 4 blood rings and 4 infertiles. Not too bad!
