UPDATE: Tossed 3 LATE quitters, all have hatched and Topsy died. just flipped over and died. :/ 2 duccle chicks left one's acting just like Topsy did but a little more active and the other is as healthy as the rest of the chicks. All the games are doing well. I wonder if D'uccles are hard to raise?

I will be picking up eggs on the 16th to hatch along with a few shipped and a few of my own, 25 total. Assorted marans, Delawares, bluebells, and silkies plus some surprise crosses from my own just so we can guess "who's your daddy?" I will be using and testing my homemade incubator. This will be my second time hatching, first time with this incubator but I've tested it for many days and it is holding temp within 2/10 of a degree throughout. It's time to put eggs in there and make some fuzzy chicks! Please join me

You don't, unless they are sex-linked breeds or you can vent sex them...but very very few people can vent sex them.
