Great mindsThat's what I was wondering. The bird looks like a Splash with no black leakage.
The feathers just don't look quite right for a white Ameraucana.
Great info. Thanks!A true albino would have a complete lack of pigmentation so they would be solid white, including beak, skin, shanks, plus no pigement in the eyes which is what makes them appear red.
A leucistic animal has a very small amount of pigment and is not an albino. Usually the animal would be mostly white with blue/light colored eyes and points/paint markings of darker colored skin.
I do not think there are any reported cases of albino or leucistic chickens though.
