*REAL* online plans anybody?

This site seems to have real plans for well thought out coops.

I almost used their plans but ended up going with the Wichita Cabin "not really plans" available from a member here.
 
I ended up buying a set of plans from the guy on ebay... Poorfish. Guess we'll see. Looks like a lot of work but I'd rather do it right the first time.

Checked out his items on ebay, the coops look to be quite ok built. What I don't see in the pictures is any sort of foundation, so I suggest asking here (possibly with pics of the spot you're going to build on) for ideas on how to make a base for the coop and run, if this is not mentioned in the details. Things to consider are drainage, predator proofing and getting the whole thing to stand level. Also, the roof overhang could be bigger on the pictured coops, especially if you're located in a rainy area. More overhang means the walls are better protected from the elements. These are not things you want to hear, but you might regret them later.

Which plans did you get? The DeVille plans look like they would be ok for about 4 chickens.
