A "class" is the area the bird fits into. Where it was developed in a way.

It's just like a dog show. You have Great Danes in the "Working Class". Shepherds in the "Herding Class", etc.

I'm sorry, but Sex-Links are not a breed recognized by the APA as they do not breed true. Do you have photos of a pure breed other than sex-links?

Variety is the color, comb-type, etc.

Say...I have a Single Comb Black Langshan. Langshan is the breed, while the single-comb, black assist in describing the variety.
