Really Confused and Nervous!

My new baby chick Chubs is being really weird. One of my chicks died and Chubs is acting the same way Lucy was. But Lucy was never around or near Chubs. Both of them would sleep alll of the time. They both won't participate with the resst of the flock. But Chubs has something different. She is randomly opening her mouth like she choking and getting her tongue stuck on the top of her mouth and in her mouth is a sticky clear substance that is in her mouth. I don't know what to do!! Any suggestions will help!!

Alright let's start of easy some Probiotic & Electrolyte in the water also cook up a couple of hard boiled egg's then remove the shell and mash up real good and one in the morning and one in the evening for four days and see how much of a difference it makes the egg will be giving a lot of protein them little body's need along with some much need energy .....

Please let me know how this works ....

They LOVE the eggs! It is kindof funny how cute it is seeing them eat it I hope it is working! How much is TOO much though?? Of protein...

1 to 5 chicks 1 egg a day and 1 to 10 chicks 2 eggs a day for a week but myself I go till week 12 and they are so healthy and I have about 5 to 8 eggs a day I collect so the chicks get the cracked shells or the dirty shells I do not feel like cleaning up ... A I have never received a complaint yet ...
