I have a ladder that they jump on to get to the lowest bars, and from the lower bars, they jump onto each higher one, all of which are about a foot apart. The highest ones are about 8 feet high, and they fly down from there with a minimal difficulty... they stumble a bit when they reach the ground, but they don't seem to mind much.
