Really in Need of Help!

He doesn't look as bad as I thought he would look, he does have a nasty cut on his beak but I think it will be ok. Try getting a dropper and give him water through the dropper until he gets more head strength to do it on his own, to feed him, I would get some food and wet it down really good and then again use the dropper, his still young so there isn't a real major concern on getting him to eat but I would definitely try the dropper, you could also put a little bit if sugar in the water when you give it to him

Oh yah when you give him the water just touch his beak and let him do the rest, you don't want to force it because it could get into his lungs, but try this to see if he will drink, if not wait until you get the polvisol then go from there.

He's drinking water with sugar in it :)
I boiled some eggs, I'm going to try and feed him the yolk of it tomorrow

Really hoping he pulls through...

well the cut on the beak is normal if a chick is stuck somewhat, he does that trying to get out. same with slight cuts on the wings, if he's determined to get out and is having difficulty.

do you have any pics of the sores themselves, besides what i see on his leg and beak?

He's still hanging in there, eager to drink water, but still very lethargic looking. He's holding his head up with or with-out the cup now, but alls it would take is a slight tap and he'd be on his back. I'll try to get some pictures of the cut on his wing, which seems to be the worst, after I get home :) Making a trip to wal-mart, anything I need for him? Other than polyvisol?

Thankyou all so much for replying
