Really Tame Breed?

In your opinions, what breed of chickens tame the easiest?

Hmm...Black Sex Links and Red Sexlinks probably. Anything if you have mealworms!

Orpingtons, Plymouth Rocks, Red Sex-Links, Australorps have all been easy to tame and great birds great for pets

And like StarLover said, anything can become tame with mealworms!!!!

My speckled sussex have been the friendliest hens I have ever owned.

Cochins are awesome! All of mine run up to greet me and many do not mind being picked up and held, checked for mites, etc. Of course, like all animals, each one has a unique personality. My silver laced wyandottes are friendly also.

Definitely Silkies, but then since they aren 't "real" chickens they don't count.

Cochin would be next.

Orpington, Delaware and Barred Rocks. Though not in that order.

Hybrids are friendly too.

She follows me everywhere whenever she can. She actually enjoys it when I carry her around, maybe she likes the scenery?
