That's how SD is, lol. Not really, it was about 280 yds. The bipod was helpful because I had to shoot prone. And there were quite a few tall grasses. We (Dad, my little brother, and I) were only laying there for 10 minutes before that doe and her fawn from this past year came through. The baby had no spots, it was just smaller so I went for the bigger one. I think it was around 5 o'clock when I shot her. It was so cool. She only ran 30 yds before she went down. Then I gutted her and we hauled her out. She's hanging in the garage right now, we have it all rigged up. Lol. Any expert cleaning/processing tips? Dad hasn't done a deer since he was a teen.

There really wasn't a ton of blood, but her mouth was pretty bloody.
I was pretty much all the way inside her pulling out the lungs and stuff
