my 10 month old is trying to sleep and everyone keeps stomping around, moving crap around her an making all this fricken noise!
We need to get out of this house in a bad way!!

My DD had to get use to it (and she did), we lived in a one bedroom flat so it was unavoidable. Thank goodness babies are very adaptable!

she is pretty use to it but its not the point! they expect everyone to be quiet as mice for everyone else but blow threw the house like a tornado for DD!

Can you arrange for them to be out of the house while your child naps? Like "Hey, dh, why don't you show your parents...the mall, zoo, aquarium, golf course, etc while I stay home with baby for a couple of hours."

EVERY FRICKEN TIME!!! WHY!? I JUST LAID HER DOWN FOR BED AN PEOPLE GO STOMPING AROUND, TALKING AT THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS, TURNING LIGHTS ON THAT ARE RIGHT BESIDE HER, WHY!!!!!

Inlaws or not, if it's your house tell them they have to tone it down when the baby is sleeping or find somewhere else to live.

If, however it's their house you'll either have to live with it, or get your own place.
