in the aftermath of our worst hatch ever(only 2 out of 36 set on 3/11

), I zipped over to Frog Pond on my lunch break and picked up these lil'meepers....

got 3 buff orp pullets and two pekin ducks in a box on my desk... our sales manager already went all mushy over them( she really wants some chooks of her own)... cant wait to get them home...

aww...so cute..I love the expression on the little black chicks face! Mine are coming on the 23rd and I finally just broke it to my husband tonight! He took it pretty well, He had to have known what was coming next as I've had the brooder set up for days!! Enjoy your little ones!
