recently hatched chicken can not stand

I have a chick that has not been able to stand at all since hatching. The legs are not spread apart, but I did put the band-aid on to see if it would help. The chick keeps falling over to a side or thrusting backwards. The neck/head tilt toward one way I believe it is trying to create a balance but not sure. Any thoughts? Thank you.

I hate to say it but if it can't stand you probably should cull it. How long has it been since it hatched?

If its been two days then it probably won't be able to stand. I hate to cull chicks but its probably better.

If it's not spraddle leg, I'd cull. Some folks try to fix slipped tendons and the like, but I feel like that's a setup for heartbreak.
