Recently one of my chickens got killed

So she was my first ever chicken and first chicken that ever died. We found her dead with her back end gone. It was nothing else but her top end. It also ate her intestines including the part where she produces her egg. It was no blood or any feather scattered around on the ground so I’m thinking it ate the feathers and drank the blood. I believe it is a mink or some type of weasel what do you people think? It also tried to dig up my chickens grave.

Well I don’t know where you live. It is highly recommended that you put the general area of the world that you live so that we can provide better help to you. The animals you listed are very good ideas actually as to what probably got your hen. Also if you have possums in your area they tend to eat that way also. Was your chicken free ranging? Or did your chicken get taken from a coop? I would recommend fortifying their location for ranging safely until you could possibly identify the predator and also their coop to make it safer as well if it needs a lock etc.,?

Do you have a game camera you can put up? Most likely it has been lurking looking for an opportunity and will be back and then you will know for sure and can form a plan. Good luck...
