Alright guys. Got my babies in today.. From Mcmurray Hatchery..
I have 2 barred rocks( My Favorites) 2 golden comets, 1 white leghorn, 2 astrolorp or jersey giants( Cant tell) and 2 rhode island reds..
If your wondering if I ordered just nine, And is it possible...No...Well Idk...My school's Ag department orders 200 chicks each spring, And usually it is just golden comets and white leghorns..Well this time we did that and 100 various brown eggers.:] And I bought nine. out of that 300, two died..One on the way and one shortly after.. These are the most energetic, and lively chicks ive ever seen, so far I am happy with Murray McMurray.. they was shiped monday evening and arrived early this morning. So, For two losses out of 300 Is very good. Right now they are in my room, with a waterer full of electolytes and medicated feed. And they are nice and snug under the heat lamp..
