Recommendation for hemp bedding

Dominion's site says, "One 33 pound bag will cover 11 cubic feet at a one-inch depth."

Do they mean 11 sqft?

it’s roughly 28 sq ft, walk in but narrow.

I'd start with 4 bags for sure if I were to use it.
I'd never use it though...too expensive.
I'd use good old dirt and a bag or two of peat moss.

Zero smell. Zero smell because it doesn't get wet.

So originally I was thinking the hemp bedding I mentioned earlier I said it wasn’t that dusty. I take that back. As it breaks down it gets super dusty. I kept the chicks in room and it was super dusty. Figured I make mention in case someone comes across this post. I still like this stuff and will use it but only outside.

I used hemp for the winter. I just cleaned it out & it was nice & dry, but I think the dust comes from the chicken crap, as it dries it so much that it turns to dust. Not sure I would keep in in a year. I liked it, but at $55 for 44 lbs. it's still expensive bought locally.
