Recovery time?

Thanks for the dosage info. The Corid was in the poultry section of the feed store, but all of the directions were for cattle. The cashier had no idea how to dose, so I checked online. Should I be giving all the hens and chicks Corid water?

I'm glad @KikisGirls gave you the correct dosage for Corid:)

If there are other chicks in the same pen/shared water - you can give them Corid. It won't hurt them, but if none are showing symptoms, I would just let them have water for the time being.

Try to get him to drink as much as you can.

I'm sorry, your chick looks very ill. Hopefully it's suffering Coccidiosis and the Corid will help, but if he doesn't make it, send him in for testing would be a good idea.
Please keep us posted.

Thank you for your kind message! The chick looks really ill in the video, but then there are times when it eats a lot, drinks, and seems better. I'll just keep up with the correct dose (!) of Corid for this one chick and only treat the others if they show symptoms.

Will keep you posted! I'll treat the chick for five days with Corid and hope it gets better. If it doesn't, I will have it tested.
