I forgot about them! Funny thing is, I was just reading about them today! Maybe if I can get my hands on some silkied hedemoras, I could use them!@Chikyboy, have you thought of using Hedemora chickens for this project?
They're definitely interesting birds.I forgot about them! Funny thing is, I was just reading about them today! Maybe if I can get my hands on some silkied hedemoras, I could use them!
They are. Sorry if I confused you, I am Chikyboy in one of my alternate accounts. They're definitely interesting birds.
I figured it out by myself actually. You're post made it obvious. It's fine. They are. Sorry if I confused you, I am Chikyboy in one of my alternate accounts.
I am pretty sure having two active accounts is frowned on.They are. Sorry if I confused you, I am Chikyboy in one of my alternate accounts.
Don't worry. I don't.I am pretty sure having two active accounts is frowned on.
With enough resources and knowledge anything is possilble. Silkies have just about every known mutation chickens have in a single breed. Bearded, Creste, Feathered shanks, volture hocks, 5 toes, fibromelanotic skin, white earlobes that turn blue due do fibromelanotic and Silkie Feathered. Its a daunting task I must admitIs it possible to recreate the silkie? I have a couple of breeds in mind that may do it. This is just for fun, and to see what the results are.
