Red/Black Comb On Rooster Changing

My roosters comb has been changing colors lately from red to black and back and forth, but it has never really looked as black or as big as it has right now.Is there something possibly wrong with him or is this normal, the other day I saw his comb was healthy red, then moments later it had switched.I will check later to see if it has changed back to red or if it has worsened.Is my rooster possibly going to die or is this normal behavior, he hasn’t been acting weird lately either.

@Jeffery Ortiz did you ever figure out what was going on with your rooster? Is he alright still? My rooster has the same thing going on, sometimes he'll have dark spots on his comb and then after a while his comb will be all red again. It's definitely not frostbite, but I have no idea what it could be.

It is blood flow I think. Roosters with larger combs can’t get good enough blood flow to their combs.

He does have a pretty large comb.... so you don't think it's anything to be too worried about? He's seems totally healthy, just this funny comb thing.

It only turns dark on the very tips and edges of his comb, you can see a little bit on the back part in this photo.
