Red(Bloody?) Poo in Brooder

We went to the broader this morning and noticed one poo that has red blood. We checked each chick and see no visible problems. They all have full, soft crops. One is less soft that the others, but she is eating and drinking. Any ideas or thoughts? We've been lucky and knock on wood have never had any illness or injury with chickens, as we are almost a year into owning chickens.
Running to TSC now. Thanks everyone!!!! Powder form ok?
Powder is fine to use if that's all your TSC has in stock.

Powder Corid dose is 1 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of water.
Liquid Corid dose is 2 teaspoon per gallon of water.
Give the mixed water as the only source of drinking water for 5-7 days.

I would make sure all chicks are drinking the mixed water. If you need to, syringe the mixed water into them. Keep us posted on how they are doing.

Is this to be of concern? We have had our 2 flocks separate through this, but we saw this in the big girls coop yesterday.

Recently cooler, especially at night, of course less daylight. Lots of rain.
