Red bumps on my hen's cloaca, help please.

My red sex-link, Spring, looked to have a bunch of stuck poo and was pecking her cloaca. When I looked, I noticed red bumps inside her cloaca and yellow lose bumps of the edges.
I'm going to give her a soak tommorow to get the poo off. Do you know what the red bumps are and how do I help her?

Look like blisters to me. I'd give her a bsrh and maybe isolate her for a few days. See if they go away with that

I can't isolate her because I have nothing to safely put her in.

Probably injury from her picking at herself.
Give her a clean up and take some clearer photos.
