so around the vent area I would say that molting but of how bright and its warm to the touch check for any parisites or bugs find any more say so could you try to get a better quality photo

I'm starting to think it's a yeast infection. Which is ok because I have the cream already. So I'm giving that a try.

Vent pecking and feather picking by others or herself may be the issue. Check to see that the pyrethrum product is working, and that no bugs are running around. Lice should be treated again in 7-10 days.

I'm using doctor doom poultry spray for the lice. She's on laying mash feed with treats of course. I have 1 birds that are 1 to 2 years of age. They have a 5 x10 coop and a 6x10 winter run. Summer run is 10x24ft with a trampoline that's fenced in that's attached. I use shavings in the run and coop. She's the only hen with this issue.

you know you thing the same thing 3 times and you only have one bird or is that a typ ten maybe do you know what breeds you have what do you mean mash feed like mush feed is this all your chickens or just one thats on layer mash are yo new to BYC if so hope you enjoy pleas respond tk these question if you dont know what breed please upload pics of the diffrent type not saying bad stuff when i found the website i was alot worse at it lol
