Red skin often means bacterial infection. The swelling below the vent can mean reproductive infection, possibly peritonitis, bacterial infection filling the abdominal cavity.

Depending on how long the infection has been going on whether it will respond to an antibiotic. But if you can find amoxicillin or penicillin, you can try it.

It would help to see a photo of her poop. Can you post that? Or tell us if her poop is soupy, yellow and brown, and smells much worse than normal poop?

Her poop is normal, and she is only one in flock with this. And she is like this over a year 🙄

How do you mean reproducitive infection she is egg mashine i just hatched few chicks from her egss.

So, am I to understand this hen is laying normal eggs and has recently laid?

If so, the skin may be red from external parasites. Look at her skin carefully for mites or lice. Check the living quarters of your chickens for signs of mites. At night, you can run a damp white rag over the perches and if it shows red smears, the coop has mites.

The swelling in that area can be from fat deposits. What do you feed your chickens? Do they get a lot of corn?

She is on top of pecking order and eat the most 😑 its tue

The redness and inflammation is caused by urates in feces scalding her skin and causes irritation as well.
I normally recommend Nu-Stock for this condition but I doubt you have the product in your country.

You will need an ointment that treats burns and apply it lightly to her rear end as needed until healed. Feathers and fluff will regrow after the next molt once the area is healed.
Then as a precaution, trim feathers and fluff back, but not too much, so that she will have a clear shot to the ground when she poops.
