Red chest spot ?

One of my cinnamon Queens I noticed while she was perched but she had a big red area on her chest. It had no feathers and looked red though there was no blood just missing feathers since I saw it without touching her.

She's just a year old and she's sadly the grunt of the group, it's all girls and the other three kinda bully her. Today however I let her in to go lay an egg and she was in there for quite a while if possible this was self induced? Is this from the other girls or is it mites?
What should I do?

Was she okay on her own or did you give her something to help?

I think she should be fine. Let the feathers grow and maybe keep an eye out to see if other chickens peck her there.

She was fine on her own. Just something that happens with sex links.
