Red comb?

Our chicks are a little over 3 weeks now and I've recently noticed that our little EE's comb is starting to turn red. Is this a bad sign, gender wise? Here's a picture... What do you guys think?

You may have a Roo. Roo's develop faster than pullets and will start to get their combs and wattles earlier.
