This has been this way for a while now. I keep waiting for the feathers to grow but ma now wondering if something is wrong instead? She has two little spots with a tiny bit of blood. I haven't seen any mites.

Hmmm…this might be out of my wheelhouse. I think to check for mites it’s best to do it at night with a headlamp so you can catch them on the chickens

I'll throw in my 2 cents. I looked up the feed you mentioned and it's good on protein level but I do think others are plucking out her feathers. It could be low protein, overcrowding or boredom.

I have this issue in my flock. I have them on high protein, they free range and have probably 2 or 3x the amount of roost space they need but still the problem persists. I believe it's habitual in my group and only a few are doing it. I've literally watched one of my Easter Eggers walk around looking to pull feathers off some unsuspecting bird and she eats them.

I'm hoping they'll go through their molt this fall and I'll watch closely and separate the instigators. The feathers won't grow back until molt (especially if the feather plucking continues). I know others will recommend pinless peepers but I can't bring myself to use them. Maybe they'll work for you.

Can be molting. I have a girl that went into a huge molt and her wings look a little like this. No mites. Keep an eye on her for signs of weakness or isolating herself from the flock.
